777cb Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 777cb platform, accessible at 777cb.asia, and all related services operated under the 777cb brand ("777cb", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 777cb and you, the user ("you", "player", "account holder").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the 777cb platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777cb platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 777cb account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777cb operates a strict 18+ policy and will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to or be used by persons under 18 will be immediately closed.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Pakistani players specifically acknowledge that it is their own responsibility to determine whether online gaming activities are lawful under applicable laws of Pakistan. 777cb makes no representation regarding the legality of its services from any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 777cb platform. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 777cb reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid government-issued identification (CNIC for Pakistani nationals).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered JazzCash or Easypaisa account).
• A selfie or video verification as required by 777cb's anti-fraud procedures.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account functionality, including withdrawal processing. 777cb is entitled to withhold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777cb will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain credential security are your sole responsibility, subject to timely notification to 777cb.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777cb supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit. All PKR deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

By depositing funds into your 777cb account, you confirm that:

• The funds are yours and are not derived from any criminal activity or money laundering.
• You are not using a payment method registered to, or owned by, any third party.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any other person.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts. 777cb applies a matching policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 777cb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high volume, platform maintenance, or pending compliance review. 777cb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile wallet providers or banking institutions.

Funds deposited into your 777cb account may not carry interest. Deposited funds are held separately from 777cb operational funds, but no specific segregation guarantee is offered beyond applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 777cb are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that a bet you place is correct – including the selection, stake amount, and market – before confirming. 777cb will not void or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where:

• A manifest error has occurred in the offered odds or game parameters, as determined in 777cb's sole discretion.
• A technical fault has materially affected the integrity of a game round or sporting event.
• The relevant sporting event is cancelled or suspended in accordance with 777cb's specific sport rules.

For sports betting, 777cb reserves the right to suspend markets, limit bet sizes, or void bets in the event of a suspected integrity issue, significant injury news, weather disruption, or other material event. Bets placed after an event has commenced in breach of platform rules may be voided.

All RNG casino games use independently certified random number generators. All live dealer games use real physical equipment operated in certified studios. 777cb publishes house edge information for all casino games. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed by support staff.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Where a deposit bonus is accepted, the deposit and bonus are typically subject to the stated wagering requirement together before either can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the one to which they were originally credited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cb platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or any 777cb staff member for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting a software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform. Any such error must be reported to support immediately; exploiting it will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings obtained.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account-per-person policy.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial purpose.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or processing payments through the platform on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with 777cb.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the performance or security of the 777cb platform or its infrastructure.

777cb reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a breach of this section: immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where warranted.

8. Responsible Gaming

777cb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are accessible within your account settings at any time, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cb's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform – whether in contract, tort, or otherwise – shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777cb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
